Christmas and New Year often serve as a harsh reminder of the loss we feel, and exacerbate our grief. Whilst many celebrate, we try join in, but often with heavy hearts. Just remember that your journey is unique.

We had a lovely evening at Memoria Denbighshire joining in with their Christmas Memorial Service. There is something very poignant about these services where we remember our loved ones and share our stories of them. Thank you Nan, Sue, Dave and Aled for going above and beyond once more. And thank you to Canon John Glover, John London-Few, Ifan Edwards, Steven Hughes, James Marton and Morris Funeral Directors who all made the evening so special.

Our tree for the St David’s Hospice Christmas Tree Festival went up this morning at St John’s Methodist Church, Llandudno. A huge thank you to our lovely friends at Scent with Love Florists who have done some amazingly creative work to help us with it. We have laser cut little stars with the names of businesses and services who have been essential to us this year. Thank you all for your continued assistance.

There are some lovely trees and display, please go and visit, it’s wonderful.
