More Cake Alert!!!

To start a new, and busy week, we are once again incredibly grateful for the amazing kindness of our lovely friends. We had a delivery of Red Velvet cake from Helen, a Toffee Cake from Jess and then Heulwen called over with an enormous Victoria Sponge. This one had specific instructions on how to cut it because it had a surprise hidden inside. Thank you all so very much once again.

Despite the rain we had a really nice time at Memoria Denbighshire today. We attended an open day with refreshments (including cake 😀) and a chance to plant bulbs in the grounds ready for spring, in memory of our loved ones. It was really well attended and many people went on a behind the scenes tour to take away the mystery of what happens at the crematorium. It’s great that essential facilities like the crematorium are so open. Thank you to Nan, Sue, Dave and a thoroughly drenched Aled for their welcome and hospitality.
