Busy day today. Two funerals with Angladdau Tirion followed by tea and cake to keep us going.

Grateful for the rain, and the beautiful petrichor smell of the earth as we departed Bangor Crematorium Chapel after a lovely family led service this afternoon.

It’s been a huge day for us today. Our own hearse and limousine were delivered this afternoon by the brilliant Neil Carruthers from Wilcox Limousines.

We are so grateful to Phil & Andy Lambert and all the guys who work with them, who have helped us get this far, and to Bryan Butler and his drivers for all their help.

To be able to reinvest in our business is incredibly important to us and this has only been possible because of all those who have put their faith in us. Thank you all for your continued support, from all of us at L-B & H.

We are incredibly grateful to our lovely families for the amazingly kind gifts and cards and messages of thanks. Thank you so much to Sue and family for the huge basket of fruit and to Lynn once again for the lovely scones.

As June draws to a close, all of us at L-B&H would like to say thank you to all of the families who have once again trusted us to help them say goodbye to their loved ones. This month has seen the simplest goodbyes, beautiful and unique floral arrangements, woodland burials and an incredible Salvation Army Brass Band.

We couldn’t do this without the help of so many of our wonderful colleagues in the funeral service. Our celebrants, and ministers, the fantastic florists who create such beautiful floral displays, our friends at our local crematoria and cemetery departments, our stonemasons, our coffin manufacturers, our fantastic printers, and every single person and business who assist us to make our chance to say goodbye so meaningful.

Thank you all so much. (especially for the constant supply of cakes and biscuits!)
