We had a really nice time at the National Funeral Exhibition in Stoneleigh yesterday. It was fantastic to see old friends and make some new ones! There were also some brilliant new products and innovations to be seen, some of which we are taking on board and will show you all over the next few weeks.

Every single time we receive a delivery from Ashes into Glass we are amazed at the quality of their memorial jewellery. And today was no exception. The family were overjoyed with these rings. Perfect memories, beautifully presented.

Thank you so much to the brilliant team in Billericay who put their heart and soul into this jewellery. We feel privileged here at Lord-Brown & Harty to be able to offer them to our families.

We would like to thank our Italian families from the bottom of our hearts for the continued trust they put in us. We had a beautiful card from Jess and Giuseppe and the best biscotti from Angela and Carmelo.

Grazie per le vostre gentilezza, noi apprezziamo davvero. 🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We are often asked if we can arrange a simple ‘pure’ style cremation. The answer is yes. We have offered this direct cremation service since we opened.

We also believe that everyone should have the chance to come to us to say goodbye to their loved one, we do not charge extra for viewing.

Give us a call or visit our website if you would like to discuss our Direct Cremation service further.

Our Direct Cremation is £1,375.

We are incredibly grateful to the crew and team at RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat for their wonderful assistance today as we said goodbye to one of their own, Mr Ray Perkins. Ray loved his role at the Lifeboat Station and will be missed by his family, friends and colleagues.

We know that Ray’s wife Susie is incredibly grateful for the love and kindness her RNLI family have shown to her.

Caroline spoke beautifully about Ray, and Jonathon Woodhead gave a touching rendition of ’Crossing the Bar’. Thank you all, especially Reverend Sam Erlandson and organist Ray Stythe-Jones for making this such a heartfelt celebration.
