It was a privilege to once again walk in front of the cortège with little Milly. She was slightly overwhelmed today, so Alan walked with us.

Colwyn Bay Crematorium are very open and welcoming to dogs attending funerals, and we positively encourage you to bring them. After all they are part of your family.

Thank you to everyone who attended today on behalf of Tom’s family.

Once again we called on the assistance of the incredible Motorcycle Funerals Limited and the Whistlestop MCC as we said goodbye to a lady who passed away just weeks after her husband. Thank you to Neil for his expertise and genuine care, and for making sure the Triumph Hearse was beautifully presented.

Our thoughts are with everyone who misses their Mother, or misses being a mother, or any of the different situations that highlight our loss on Mothering Sunday.

Have the best day you can, especially if this is the first anniversary on that difficult journey.

From all of us at L-B&H.

Many of you who are local to Llandudno may have seen the incredible Llandudno Vikings sleeping rough every night this month to raise money for two charities and to raise awareness of mental health issues, that in many cases lead to homelessness, especially amongst Veterans.

Last night I was invited to be a temporary Viking and sleep rough at the end of Llandudno Pier. It was soaking wet, it was cold, and it was incredibly uncomfortable and I had about three hours of sleep. But, the camaraderie of this group of amazing people is astounding and infectious. Their positivity keeps you going, when you really just want to go home and climb into a comfy warm bed. Many of them have slept rough every night this month. Just one night makes you realise how difficult it must be to have to live this way.

So far they have raised over £13,000. An incredible feat.

Thank you Nathan, Marcus, Mark, Gerwyn and all the brilliant Vikings. It was great to join you.
